2. Nature of the Service

4. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. You retain all rights to your financial data and company data. You can export your data at any time. Jabr does not sell your data to any third party or use it for marketing purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Jabr brand, logo, code, and design are the exclusive property of Jabr. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Jabr is not liable for: fines or penalties resulting from incorrect filings; business losses resulting from any service interruption; or decisions made by the user based on reports or AI suggestions. In all cases, Jabr's maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid over the preceding three months.
7. Acceptable Use
The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity including money laundering or financial fraud. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties is prohibited.
8. Suspension and Termination
Jabr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment, with 7 days prior notice. Users may cancel their subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
